License Types

1. Standard (Free) — Attribution Required

Use for editorial, review, blog posts and social media. Non-commercial use only. Attribution required as shown below.

• Allowed: blog posts, news articles, social media posts, product review screenshots.
• Not allowed: resale, embedding in apps for commercial sale, promotional ads without express permission.
• Attribution example: Image: 99Exch — official logo (https://99exch.app). Used with permission.

2. Commercial License (Paid)

For promotional campaigns, paid ads, commercial products, or when you need to remove attribution. Contact us for a quote.

• Allowed: marketing banners, paid social ads, placement in apps or goods, merchandise (with separate approval).
• License fee: quoted per use & distribution. Contact to request pricing.

3. Editorial-Only Assets

Certain photos/screenshots are provided for editorial use only and cannot be used in advertising or endorsements.

4. Custom / Enterprise License

Large-scale use (white-labeling, multi-region campaigns, bulk asset packages) — custom agreement & MSA required.

Permitted Uses (Examples)

• Embedding the logo in a news article with attribution.
• Using the hero banner on a blog post linking back to 99exch.app.
• Sharing screenshots of the app for review or tutorial — attribution required.

Prohibited Uses

• Using assets to imply endorsement or partnership without written permission.
• Reselling or redistributing original image files as stock assets.
• Removing watermarks (if present) or obfuscating copyright metadata.
• Using images for any illegal activity or promotion of illegal gambling in jurisdictions where it's prohibited.

Attribution — How to Credit

When using assets under the Standard (Free) license, include a visible attribution near the image or in the article footer. Use one of the following templates:

DMCA / Takedown & Copyright

If you believe a 99Exch asset is used on your site without permission, or you found our asset used in violation of the license, contact us and provide:

• URL where the asset appears
• A copy of the original asset or screenshot
• Your contact email and proof of ownership
